A legacy of agricultural education
Established by the Government of Rajasthan in 2013, SKNAU is a state agricultural university headquartered at Jobner in Jaipur district. Its academic roots extend to the historic SKN College of Agriculture, established in 1947.
The University serves the agricultural community through teaching, research and extension activities. Its jurisdiction covers Ajmer, Alwar, Bharatpur, Dausa, Dholpur, Jaipur, Sikar and Tonk districts.
The College of Horticulture, Durgapura is a constituent college of SKNAU and the host institution for TechInAB-2026.
